The success of the North Coast’s sought-after estates can’t be separated from Robin. He has been involved with property sales on the Dolphin Coast for 16 years (Managing Agent for Dunkirk Estate for 15 years and Mzingazi Golf Estate for 13 years). You might bump into him at his favourite local spots: Science of Coffee Roastery in Umhlali or Ray’s Kitchen and the Beach Clubhouse at Dunkirk Estate.

Part of the property world for 10 years, Lauren understands the real estate industry from top to bottom. She enjoys reading and camping as well as stopping by 45 on Eat Street at the Ballito Lifestyle Centre for a delicious meal.

local art
Supporting local artists is important to the North Coast Real Estate family. Through sponsoring quarterly public art exhibitions we afford talented artists the opportunity to share and promote their inspiring work while encouraging the community to appreciate its artisans. Oils, charcoal, photography and sculptures have been just some of the mediums showcased.
To ensure our community remains safe in our seas we are proud to be a Silver Partner of the NSRI Initiative. To assist the non-profit organisation in its work we sponsored 25 Quiver jackets for the local NSRI Station 41, situated in Ballito, as well as the purchase and installation of 10 pink rescue buoys, located on beaches from Salmon Bay in Ballito to Christmas Bay on Sheffield Beach.
